Open Question: Will this ever end with my phone...?

I'm on PAYG with orange (I've had the same number for over 5 years) but recently got a upgrade phone, it allows emails to go to my phone and had a week trial so I activated it, then when it started charging I sent the txt saying 'Stop' .. it never stopped.. for the last 5 week! I had £1 per week taken off.. I can't access my account online as they wiped it, and when I phone orange it goes to an overseas call centre who said for 3 consecutive weeks that they had sorted it.. but did not.. It would be a royal pain in the backside to change the number as I have it in advertising etc, and over 5 years a lot of people have it.. What can I do?
