Open Question: I have adware antivirus pro 2009 and I can't get rid of it.?

I purchased a registry cleaner online called the "BUG DOCTOR" they charged me $50.00 and sent me a series of tutorial videos and not a registry cleaner as advertised. aside from being furious, and out 50 bucks. the tutorials were 3 years old and poorly done. Can anyone please help me get this virus off my system. I have deleted all temp files. Rebooted , I am lost and need help.
